Dark Pumperknickel Bread
This bread tastes similar to the bread once served at Steak&Ale restaurants.

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups strong coffee
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup rye flour
2 cup bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons caraway seeds (optional)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar (or cane juice crystals)
1 1/3 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Preparation:
Fill bread machine and bake according to bread machine manufacturer's directions.
