Honey Mustard Bread
for the bread machine

This aromatic bread is wonderful for sandwiches, or along side your favorite soup..

3/4 c water
2 c white bread flour
1 c wheat bread flour
1 T dry milk powder
1/4 c honey
1 tsp salt
1/2 c Chicken broth
2 1/2 T Gourmet mustard (Grey Poupon type), NOT dry
2 tsp. chives, dried
2 tsp Fast rise yeast ***OR***
3 tsp Active dry yeast



Put all ingredients into bread machine in order given, set bread machine for 2 pound loaf, light crust. I like to remove this bread from the bread machine pan before the final rise, and shape into a round loaf on a baking sheet, and bake. When done remove from oven and brush with butter, sprinkle with dry mustard, and Parmesan cheese.
