The Basics

Eat whole foods: raw fruits, raw vegetables, whole grains.

Avoid processed foods (chemicals).

Avoid household chemicals, commercial pesticides, and herbicides.

Get sunshine and fresh air everyday.

Drink distilled/purified water.

Exercise! Get your blood pumping!

Use natural shampoo's, soaps, and lotions. Don't put anything on your body you can't pronounce!

Learn the health benefits of fasting.

Do a seasonal bowel cleanse.

Eliminate stress.

You will live longer, and look and feel better!!

  1. Hey Girl, I love your blog, just found you this evening and started following. I agree 100% on your post "the basics". We living as chemical free as we can. And learning more and more everyday. It's definately an adjustment, but certainly very rewarding and fun journey. :)
